Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Upon receiving your order, we strive to process your item promptly. Our standard processing time is between 1 to 7 business days, depending on order volume. Please note that processing time does not include weekends and holidays.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The estimated delivery time is calculated from the day your order is shipped, not when it is placed. Please allow 3-7 business days for standard shipping within the continental U.S.

 

Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, may cause shipping carriers to experience delays.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at info@bellaallurehair.com.

If your order has not been delivered within 60 days of the original purchase date, please contact our support team for a full refund.

Please note that this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details for their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.

 

Returns and Refund Guarantee

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive items that do not match the description in our listing or if you receive defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost and promptly replace the item.

All returns must be made within 15 days of delivery and in their original packaging and condition.
